At present this business is a one man band, in this about section I would like to share the concept I use to guide my work. Think Feel Perform is devoted to the improvement of individual and group performances. Using concepts and theories from the sport psychology academic literature, Think Feel Perform applies a forward-thinking and positive approach to help achieve success. The business was named Think Feel Perform as this outlines the key steps for mental improvement. It is derived from a psychological theory that suggests How you THINK, influences How you FEEL, which influences How you PERFORM. The key to change and successful performance is examining and adjusting how you think!
There is a need in this fast moving society to be one step ahead of the pack. Yet, individuals don’t devote enough time to examining and improving their thought processes and mental capacity. Our mental performance is the foundation on which we build all the processes we strive to improve. Therefore, improving this gives us the power to further our capacity in any chosen field. By increasing self awareness, self management and mental skills, people can become more efficient, productive, fulfilled and feel in control. Improved mental performance can open many solutions to some of your complex problems. In the end, all we are striving for is more enjoyment out of life. About Me
Domenic Crouch BSc (Hons) My understanding of how the mind influences our approach to sport, business and life has been a large influence on where I am today. The tools I have used to start this business at a young age are the same that I hope to pass on to you to help you in your situation. I studied at the University of Western Australia, graduating with First Class Honours in Sport Psychology. I am currently undertaking my PhD studies, examining the influence that personality factors have on the pre-performance routine for golf putting. I have an ever increasing amount of practical experience working with some of the best youth and professional athletes (see clients). I am a keen sports person myself, playing grade cricket in Perth, social golfer, surfing, competing in triathlons and long distance running. I always enjoy my sport, sometimes it can test my own mind set. I look forward to meeting you. |
